Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages to ensure thorough evaluation and fairness
  • Initial Screening
    A panel of local art experts will review all submissions to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and theme requirements.
  • Judging Panel
    A diverse panel of established professionals, including representatives from the participating countries and international art communities, will evaluate the submissions based on creativity, originality, technical skill, and relevance to the theme.
  • Shortlist
    Each category will have a shortlist with three artists who will be considered further.
  • Finalists Selection
    The highest-scoring submissions from each country will be selected as finalists, representing the diverse artistic talent of the region.
  • Winners Determination
    Four winners (one from each participating country) will be chosen based on the highest scores awarded by the judging panel.
