Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in multiple stages to ensure thorough evaluation and fairness

Initial ScreeningA panel of local art experts will review all submissions to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and theme requirements. -
Judging PanelA diverse panel of established professionals, including representatives from the participating countries and international art communities, will evaluate the submissions based on creativity, originality, technical skill, and relevance to the theme. -
ShortlistEach category will have a shortlist with three artists who will be considered further. -
Finalists SelectionThe highest-scoring submissions from each country will be selected as finalists, representing the diverse artistic talent of the region. -
Winners DeterminationFour winners (one from each participating country) will be chosen based on the highest scores awarded by the judging panel.
